Giving unsolicited criticism on fanfic, even for like typos and shit, is like coming to someone building a sandcastle on the beach and telling them it’s not up to code. I swear there was a fic on Tumblr where Stiles and Derek was kinda established but they had an argument and Stiles went to the club and hooks up with a green-eyed twink stranger who's face looks familiar in the darkness. It turns out the guy is his former friend Jackson who flipped out on Stiles when he came out as gay but he's also gay and it was just internalized homophobia. They talk and Stiles goes back to Derek and they have a get-together and Jackson's there. Do you maybe know what I'm talking about?

Stiles let out a sarcastic laugh and flipped his dad off. The sheriff gave him a look, but he didn’t reprimand him, clearly able to tell Stiles was miserable.
